When you place and pay for your order with us, we try to ship it within 1-3 working days*.

We ship all over Europe, America and Canada. With the exception of England.

*We try to ship within 1-3 working days, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 11:00 am during weekdays or orders placed on weekends or holidays will be included in the processing time from the next working day.

Collect

Picking up your order yourself is always possible.

This is possible at the following addresses:

2560 Nijlen, you will receive a text message as soon as your order is ready. +/- 1-4 working days.

2370 Arendonk, you will receive a text message to make an appointment to pick up your order +/- 3-7 working days.

Attention Arendonk only possible between Tuesday and Thursday after 7 pm.

We ship standard with DPD.

Do you live in France? Then we will ship your order with DPD and it will be delivered by Chronopost.

We ship to America and Canada with UPS.

Please allow for a shipping and delivery time of 3-7 working days.

*Home Delivery

Have you opted for home delivery? Then your parcel will be delivered to your specified shipping address. If on the day of delivery the driver cannot hand over the parcel to you because you were not available at the time of delivery, your parcel will still be delivered to a collection point. You then have 7 calendar days to collect your order from the collection point.

**Delivery to a collection point

Have you opted for delivery to a collection point? Then you have 7 calendar days to collect your order from the collection point from the day of delivery. If your parcel is not picked up, return costs will always have to be paid by the customer.

We ask that NO PACKAGE AUTOMATES be designated. Unfortunately, these vending machines are often far too small and often have only a few slightly larger boxes at their disposal. As a result, either the vending machine is full or our parcels do not fit in it. Unfortunately, we cannot turn this feature off. Have you designated a parcel vending machine anyway? Then this is your responsibility. If your parcel cannot be delivered in it or the machine is full, you will have to arrange an alternative with the carrier. If the parcel is returned, the return costs will always have to be reimbursed to us by the customer.

FAQ shipping

We deliver all over Europe except for England.

Deliveries to America and Canada are also possible.

We try to ship your order within 1-3 business days.

From then on, the delivery time varies depending on where you live.

For Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, and Northern France, this is usually next-day delivery. For Southern France, it is approximately 2 days.

For all others, this varies between 2-7 working days.

Please note that during busier periods such as the end-of-year season, starting from mid-October to the end of January, and holiday periods, there may sometimes be delays in deliveries by courier services. Always order well in advance during these periods.

The above delivery times are indications; no courier service guarantees delivery times.

Everyone who orders from us pays shipping costs. This is a conscious choice on our part.

We have chosen to work with fair prices and also to always charge the correct shipping costs.

Free shipping simply doesn't exist. At other companies that offer free shipping, the shipping cost is often included in the price of the item. This is actually a form of misleading the customer. You think you have free shipping, but in the end, you still pay for it.

Our shipping costs are always calculated based on the weight/volume of your order, the region, and the country you live in.

Do you want to know how much your shipping costs are? Then place everything in your shopping cart, fill in your details, and the website will display it neatly for you.

Are you suddenly paying more shipping costs than you are used to with us? Then your order is likely too large and will be shipped in multiple packages.

Pickup at 2370 Arendonk, you will receive a text message to arrange for pickup. This can only be done in Arendonk between Tuesday and Thursday after 7 PM. Processing takes an average of 1-7 business days.
