How do I place an order?
You can easily place an order through the website. You can create an account for this, but it is not mandatory. Do you find ordering through the website difficult? Then we can always prepare it for you. Please contact us for this.
When will my order be shipped?
Can I still change or cancel my order?
If you have not yet received an email with a tracking code, you can still change your order by contacting us. If an email has already been sent, your order can no longer be modified or canceled. Please note that this email may be in your promotions or spam folder. If you have an account, you can always check the status of your order through your account.
I have a question about a product.
If you have any questions about one of our products, feel free to contact us! We are happy to assist you.
How do I know if my order was successful?
You will receive a confirmation email after you have placed your order; additionally, you can always check your account for the current status of your orders.
Can I still change my address details?
If you have not yet received an email with the tracking code, we can still adjust the address details. After that, you will need to do this directly with the courier service. Please note, it is always the customer's responsibility to provide the correct address details; we are not responsible if the package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information.

- By Bank Transfer: Your order will be shipped once the payment has been received, which must be completed within 3 working days. If not, the order will be canceled by us.
