Returns

We hope that you are satisfied with your order. If an item is not to your liking, you can report this to us within 14 days of receipt. In accordance with the right of withdrawal, you then have another 14 days to return the item. Please note that returns are always at your own risk and that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.contact form.

Use "return + receipt number" as the subject. Please provide a clear description of which items you wish to return.

You will receive an email from us within 48 hours on business days with the return instructions.

Attention! The items must be returned within 14 days of receipt in their original undamaged packaging, including all accessories and any packing materials.

If we receive this in good condition, you will receive the amount you paid for the item, excluding shipping costs, back within 7 business days. Unless we notice that the product has been used in such a way that it is no longer in "retail condition," you may receive less money back for your item.

Exceptions: Herb packages, gift packages, willow branches, throwaway is a waste packages, custom-made items, and items specifically mentioned cannot be returned.

Returns in case of damage or breakage

In case of damage or breakage upon delivery, this must be reported within 48 hours*. If you notice any damage at the time of delivery, please inform the carrier so that they can make a note of it.

Report damage via the contact form with the subject "damage + receipt number".

Clear photos must be included with this email.

1. At least 1 clear photo of the damage

2. A clear photo of the package, where the shipping label is clearly visible

3. The contents of the package with any cushioning material if present

Reports of damage that occur after these 48 hours* will no longer be processed. Reports without photos will not be processed.

If the damage is clear and all conditions are met, we will work with you to find a solution. It is important to always keep the damaged product along with the packaging materials. It may be that we ask you to return it first.

Under no circumstances can damage or breakage give rise to compensation in any form.

* Except for damage from the delivery of willow branches and/or hay, this must be reported within 4 hours of receipt. Willow branches that arrive at a pickup point must be picked up as soon as possible and within 24 hours at the pickup point.
