Cunipic Alpha Pro Light is a food for sterilised, more sensitive or older rabbits based on the "all in one" feeding system, which means that each pellet contains all the necessary ingredients to keep your rabbit healthy and happy.
The Alpha Pro range of pellets is extruded at a very low temperature which preserves all its properties and offers several advantages: the food does not boil, the fibres are retained for a long time and it has a low fat content.
In addition, Alpha Pro Light is grain free and has a good balance of calcium and phosphorus to help prevent nutritional deficiencies and kidney problems, contains prebiotics to prevent diarrhoea, keeps the fibre long to promote tooth wear and gets a better intestinal transit.

Always try to adjust your amount of pellets to the needs of your rabbit(s). Eating hay remains the most important thing to keep the whole digestive system going. Notice that your rabbit is not eating enough hay? If so, try with the lesser of some pellets first.
Pellets are NOT a main food. As a benchmark, for a healthy rabbit of average weight, you can take up to 2 tablespoons per day of pellets.
Your rabbit is unique and its nutritional needs will vary depending on its environment, age and activity. Therefore, we recommend you start with the following guidelines, keep an eye on the weight and adjust the portions if necessary. Feed your rabbit twice a day and make sure fresh, clean water is always available.
Daily quantity:
> 500 gr = 30 gr.
0,5-1 kg = 50 gr.
1-1,5 kg = 100 gr.
+1,5 kg = 120 gr.
