For a calming effect
Chamomile is mainly known for its calming effect, although this plant still has strong qualities.
Possibly has an effect on:
- A calming effect on the nervous system --> In case of anxiety, stress, restlessness. At a check-up at the vet, fireworks, ... you can add chamomile about 3 days in advance.
- An antibacterial against colds, fever.
- An appetite stimulation --> With a support of good digestion.
Good for Rabbits, guinea pigs, chinchillas, hamsters, gerbils, degus, mice, rats, turtles...
Dosage. Each individual is different so always observe your animal well and build something new. Chamomile flowers can have a strong effect on rabbits, guinea pigs, chinchillas is a maximum of 1 - 1.5 gr. per day certainly enough. For the smaller rodents, this dose is even less. Give chamomile flowers max. 3 weeks in a row, after that always stop for at least 1 week.
